Welcome to Remindarly! Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Remindarly mobile application (the "Service") operated by Vadym Chub ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Remindarly is a mobile application designed to store contacts, remind you of birthdays, and generate personalized greetings using artificial intelligence (AI) technologies based on the context you provide. The Service includes free features and advanced functionality available through a paid subscription ("Premium Subscription").

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3. Premium Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are available only with a paid subscription. Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your App Store / Google Play account settings after purchase.

4. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses third-party AI models to create greetings. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, or quality of the content generated by the AI. You use this content at your own risk and are responsible for reviewing it before use.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

Specifically: Remindarly uses push notifications to send reminders. While we use reasonable efforts to ensure their timely delivery, we do not guarantee that push notifications will be delivered on time or at all. Delivery depends on many factors outside of our control, including your device settings, network conditions, and the operation of third-party services (Apple Push Notification service, Firebase Cloud Messaging).

We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, inconvenience, lost profits, or any other harm resulting from a missed, delayed, or undelivered notification. By using our Service, you agree that relying solely on push notifications for important events is not failsafe and that you will not bring any claims against us related to the performance of the reminder system.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms within the application.
